Principal

As founder and principal of the ATG Real Estate Development LLC, Eric Gastevich has developed commercial and residential real estate projects for over 30 years.

He has extensive experience in all phases of the development and construction process, including site acquisition, site layout, architectural design, engineering solutions, permitting processes, zoning and building code knowledge and financing expertise ATG projects include office parks, medical imaging and surgical facilities, office warehouse space, hotel and restaurant facilities, apartment communities, condominium communities and residential subdivisions.

To date, the company has developed over 3,000 residential units and hundreds of thousands of square feet of commercial space. ATG is currently active in the development, construction and management of its commercial and residential portfolio and the annexation and entitlement of its land holdings. In addition to leading the ATG team, Eric has been an angel investor in the technology, health and safety industries, and has served on the boards of many of these companies including Pinpoint Health, Fave Media, Inc. and Standfast Holdings, LLC in a variety of capacities from member to chair. Eric also serves on the board and is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Anixter Center, a nonprofit provider of services to clients with disabilities.

Eric holds an MBA in finance, with distinction from DePaul University and a BS in Building, Construction and Contracting, with Honors from Purdue University.
